1. Use License

314DAO grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this website and all tools for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute content without attribution
  • Use automated tools to scrape data at scale
  • Resell or claim ownership of tools/code
  • Use the site for illegal purposes

2. Generated Content

You own artwork, patterns, and exports you create with our tools. We make no claims on your work. You're free to:

  • Share your PNG exports commercially or privately
  • Use them in projects, products, or publications
  • Modify and republish outputs

You may optionally credit "314DAO" if helpful, but it's not required.

3. No Warranties

314DAO is provided "as is" without warranties. We make no guarantees about:

  • Accuracy of calculations (though we strive for precision)
  • Uptime or availability
  • Compatibility with all browsers
  • Retention of your work — nothing is saved, so reloading the page discards it

Mathematical tools can have edge cases or floating-point precision limits. Always verify critical results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 314DAO and its creators are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Errors or inaccuracies in outputs
  • Third-party content or services

5. Intellectual Property

  • Code: Not yet published; we intend to release it under the MIT License
  • Documentation: CC-BY-4.0 (credit appreciated)
  • Trademarks: "314DAO" and related logos are our marks
  • Third-party libraries: Respect their respective licenses

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others on our site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Distribute malware or phishing content
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on this site. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

8. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access if you violate these terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue services without liability.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of this site is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site.

If mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you rights that these Terms would otherwise limit, that law prevails and nothing here is intended to reduce it.
